CUSTOM MOP ORDERS
Please submit a high resolution original image (300 DPI or higher is requested). Vector files are preferred if available.
Normal turnaround time for a custom mop is 7-10 days. Holidays will affect this total time. Normal turnaround time is also effected with any delay in approval on proofs. We will submit your proofs to you withink 48-72 hours.
Once payment is completed please choose the link at the bottom of the thank you page to submit custom mop images and information.
If you or our organization have a current tax exemption status we have 2 options for you to complete your purchase through us.
1. You may choose to complete your purchase through our website using the PAYPAL option for checkout. If you do not have Tax Exemption status though Paypal you may apply for this through their website.
2. If you do not wish to complete the sale though our website you may choose the link below to submit a Tax Exemption Verification Form to us. Once we have received your information we will verify that your status is current and up to date. After we verify your status we can complete the sale via phone or emailed invoice for payment. We will also keep your status on file for future purchases. For future purchases, we will need to email an invoice for each order. This is the only way to remove tax from your purchase.
