PURCHASE ORDER POLICIES
Foster Specialty Floors will accept purchase orders from any public school, private school, college, and university located inside the Continental US. For order requests outside of the Continental US please contact us directly. Your purchase order must be on your business or school letterhead and signed by the authorized buyer.
Please include the following items on your PO:
1. A valid email address
2. A valid billing and shipping address (if different)
3. Name and contact information for your accounts payable department person.
4. Item(s) and quantity. Foster Specialty Floors offers our Basic Foster mops. Please be sure to specify if your order is for a custom order or a basic Foster.
At Foster Specialty Floors, we offer a convenient service to submit a Tax Exemption Form for online purchases. We make it easy to ensure you get the most out of your purchase by allowing you to submit your tax exemption form online. This ensures that you don't have to worry about paying extra taxes on your purchase.Once we receive your tax exemption form, we will reach out to complete your purchase. If you purchasing directly through our website, choose the custom mop form located at the bottom of the cart page. If you are purchasing using a purchase order, please include your logo, lettering, and/or specified color requests in the email along with your PO. It is best to send high quality vector, Ai or EPS files. If you do not have one of these available, please send us the highest quality image you have. If a JPEG or other file is sent, the image may be pixelated once enlarged to the size needed. Email your images along with your PO number to Stephanie@foster.us. Foster Specialty Floors offers FREE SHIPPING on ALL order over $100.00. For any order that does not meet out $100 minimum, we charge a flat rate of $15.
Foster Specialty Floors do NOT require a minimum to use a purchase order.
